Job Summary

To coordinate all site training for the manufacturing operation. To maintain compliance to statutory training and ensure

Primary Duties and Responsibilities

  • Working with HR and HSE Team to create relevant in-house training programmes and resources for all employees
  • Selecting the most appropriate training methods and activities
  • Performing needs assessment to identify knowledge gaps and areas in need of improvement
  • Supporting operations management with training matrices and compliance
  • Ensuring training validation is audited
  • Liaising with management and HR / HSE to create annual site training plans
  • Researching and recommending new training techniques to HR, creating the curriculum and updating it to reflect developments within the industry
  • Booking and end to end coordination of statutory training, ensuing systems are up to date
  • Monitoring compliance to annual / refresher training
  • Support special processes training
  • Source correct and best value external training and coordinate all PO’s / invoices / payments
  • To support and administer apprenticeship programmes

Job Summary

To provide a full and efficient administrative support to the Special Melted Products Senior Management team

 

Primary Duties and Responsibilities

 

  • Coordination and collation of the Monthly employee communications pack
  • Taking minutes for monthly comms meetings and ensuring Q&A is created and distributed
  • Coordination and collation of the Monthly reporting pack
  • Communication of weekly site results
  • Support with site communications
  • Management of Travel and Accommodation booking and maintaining compliance to the expenses policy
  • Supporting Senior Managers with the collation of expenses
  • Arranging meetings, rooms, catering and all associated items
  • Supporting the Senior Management team with non BAU projects and activities
  • Taking minutes and maintaining action logs in Senior Management meetings
  • Diary Management for the exec team
  • Support with general administration including basic PO / requisitions
  • Organisation and facilitation of site events
  • Able to work within Business systems (Time and Attendance / Finance / HR / Operations systems)
  • Support with recruitment coordination
  • Upkeep of meeting rooms and associated items
  • Servicing and Valeting of pool cars

Job Summary

To work with functional heads in ensuring all documentation is managed, compliant and accessible to all employees. To ensure revisions are accurate and the documents are approved per the protocols set. To ensure the systems are operating in the most efficient manner as is possible.

 

Primary Duties and Responsibilities

  • Ensure that the control of Safety, HR and Quality documentation is carried out in line with the Company Quality Procedures with regard to logging, copy and distribution, storage (electronic or hard copy), revision control and drawing / document register
  • Liaise with the Heads of Safety, Quality and HR to ensure that document control requirements are met
  • To support the leadership team in the Continuous Improvement Process for Document Control
  • Ad hoc duties as directed by the HR Director to assist the Business
  • Maintain electronic documents in the in the Master Control system (all documents received and issued)
  • Act as the focal point for the receipt of all documentation as required for each function and distribute accordingly
  • Control the archiving of all required documentation, both electronic and hard copies
  • Support the migration of documents from disparate systems
  • Support GDPR compliance

 

Skills, Experience & Qualification

 

Desirable Requirements:

  • Working knowledge of HR, Health and Safety or Quality documentation
  • Working knowledge of Master Control or similar document management system
  • Working knowledge of Sharepoint

Job summary

Working with the Inspection team carrying out dimensional inspection of Engine Shafts, Oilfield components and Ingot Blocks.

 

Primary Duties and Responsibilities

  • Final inspection (dimensional and visual).
  • Portable CMM (FARO) programming & operation.
  • Completion of Final Inspection Reports.
  • First Article Inspection Reports.
  • Despatching products.
  • Non Conformance Reporting (IDN).
  • In process dimensional inspection.
  • Marking out material for further processing.
  • Quanto testing products.

 

Secondary Duties and Responsibilities

  • CV inspection
  • Assist in the management of metrology equipment and its calibration.
  • Additional inspection duties where ide
  • Perform in-house calibrations as required.
  • Perform measurement system analysis studies as required.
  • Training other team members in use of measuring equipment.
  • Assist in preparation of PPAP documentation.
  • SPC and data analysis.
  • Assist with Internal Quality Audits in line with QMS schedule.

Desirable Requirements:
